General Questions

We focus on Australian real estate-related credit assets. The Fund participates in loan portfolios initiated by partner financial institutions through a structured investment approach, thereby gaining indirect exposure to a curated selection of residential and commercial mortgage loans.

Returns are primarily derived from interest payments made by underlying borrowers. Leveraging structured lending channels and professional risk control models, the Fund seeks to deliver stable cash flow income.

This is a target return private credit fund. The target annualised return is 7.85%, with distributions made quarterly. Through structural design and asset selection, the Fund aims to deliver consistent distributions.

The Fund has a fixed 36-month investment term. Redemption requests can be submitted upon maturity with 3 months' notice. In special liquidity situations, the Manager may assist in arranging early exit mechanisms.

The minimum investment is AUD 500,000.

All individuals, Self Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), companies and trusts that meet the criteria of a Wholesale Investor (or ‘Sophisticated Investor’) as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) can invest.

A structured credit fund is an investment vehicle that achieves risk segregation and return optimization through a prudently designed capital layering structure, involving participation from banks and other financial institutions.

In our fund structure, the capital managed by Ribbon Capital acts as Catalyst Capital, forming a leveraged funding arrangement with local Australian banks. Typically, banks provide a higher proportion of senior loan capital, while the Fund contributes to the mezzanine tranche. This capital stack is jointly used to originate underlying real estate loans.

This cooperative model not only enhances capital efficiency but also strengthens the quality of underlying assets by adhering to bank-grade risk management standards — ultimately providing investors with a more resilient and consistent source of return.
